Before you can use 1Password to fill and save your information, you’ll need to set up 1Password on your device. Then follow these steps: On the Home screen, tap Settings. Tap Passwords AutoFill Passwords. Turn on AutoFill Passwords. Select 1Password. From now on, you’ll be able to fill and save passwords, without ever opening the 1Password app. Your iPhone or iPad offers integrated password autofill, tooas long as you use Apple’s keychain for your passwords. Safari will prompt you and ask whether you want to save a password when you type one on a website, and so will some third-party apps. You can view these passwords from Settings Accounts & Passwords App & Website Passwords.

IOS 14.3, iPhone 11 pro max. UPDATE - SOLVED! The issue is solved by simply turning on 2FA for apple ID! I have a problem with 1password autofill functionality. I'm using iPhone 7, iOS 13.1.2, 1password 7.4.2, Touch ID enabled. After phone restart, I can use autofill for a few times. Then, when trying to use it again, 1password lock screen appears, but no input to enter the password, and no popup to use Touch ID - it just stays on the 1password.

Autofill was already available as part of a beta program, but now Microsoft is making the tool available to all users through the Microsoft Authenticator app, a Google Chrome extension, and also Microsoft Edge. Just like iCloud Keychain, Microsoft Autofill stores your passwords and makes it easy to enter them on websites.
The announcement was made today on the official Microsoft Experience blog:
